The product application fields include light industry, chemical industry, electronics, textile, medical treatment, construction, building materials, automobile, national defense, aerospace, aviation, etc. PE medium and high pressure polyethylene: more than half of it is used for film products, followed by pipes, injection molding products, wire wrapping, etc; Medium and low pressure polyethylene: mainly injection molding products and hollow products. Ultra-high pressure polyethylene: due to its excellent comprehensive properties, it can be used as engineering plastics. PVC can be used for PVC profiles, PVC pipes and PVC films; Polyamide is mainly used for synthetic fibers. Its most prominent advantage is that its abrasion resistance is 10 times higher than that of cotton and 20 times higher than that of wool. Adding some polyamide fibers into the blended fabric can greatly improve its abrasion resistance; When stretching to 3-6%, the elastic recovery rate can reach 100%; It can withstand thousands of times of bending without breaking.
How to distinguish PU hose from PVC hose?
PU pipes are soft and hard. So burn it. It's PVC hose that emits black smoke. It is PU hose that can be lit without black smoke and drips. The PVC hose will not continue to burn after leaving the fire. PU hose is very soft, while PVC hose is relatively hard.
