Characteristics: Transparent, acid and alkali resistant, oil resistant, negative and high pressure resistant, good chemical resistance, etc.
Application: Widely used in agriculture, industry, engineering, mines, oil depots, petrochemical equipment, etc. liquid, gas; factory discharge powder end of raw material transport pipe; underground pipeline system discharge suction, etc.. But the temperature resistance is very poor, low temperature hardening, easy to break, not wear-resistant.
PU steel wire hose is the best pipe for high pressure, suction, transporting water, oil, powder particles. Usually used in factories, agricultural irrigation, coal mines, oil depots, wineries, food, pharmaceuticals and sand pumping, sand blasting equipment suction, discharge and vending machines, ice shaving machines and refrigerators and other equipment.
It has the following characteristics: light, soft, good elasticity, corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, high transparency, non-toxic and tasteless, small bending radius, good resistance to negative pressure, and can keep its original shape under vacuum. It can also maintain good flexibility at very low temperatures, has super high strength and long service life, and is wear-resistant.
Commonly used to convey media: food and beverage, oil, water, gas, solid particles, powder conveying, etc. The applicable temperature is: -40℃-90℃.
